Solutions Architect - Payments

This role is based in Gurgaon, India.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's payments and messaging solutions.
• Lead clients towards successful integrations with Meta's Payment products.
• Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities.
• Guide clients through technical details of Meta's platform and products.
• Address complex client issues with a hands-on approach.
• Contribute to documentation, tools, and processes.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience with software systems, data querying, and API development.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of Meta's advertising and messaging products.
• Experience with API documents and integration projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
