Security Engineering Manager, Identity and Access Management

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Support a team of security engineers that build and improve access control systems at Meta.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineers on the team.
• Support a team of engineers to build automated risk reduction and compliance solutions focused on Access Management.
• Work closely with engineering leaders across the company to prioritize security issues.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics around access controls.
• Help define Meta's global security priorities.
• Manage performance of the team and recognize high performers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Experience building and managing software or security engineering teams in the Identity & Access Management domain.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience across software engineering and security engineering.
• Experience developing full stack products.
• Practical experience of security regulations such as SOX, SOC2, NIST, PCI, ISO.
