Security Engineering Manager, Identity and Access Management

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of security engineers to build and improve access control systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the engineers.
  • Build automated risk reduction and compliance solutions in the Access Management space.
  • Work closely with engineering leaders to prioritize security issues.
  • Manage performance of the team and recognize high performers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with five years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing software or security engineering teams in Identity & Access Management.
  • Experience providing technical leadership and guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud-based infrastructure environments.
  • Practical experience with security regulations like SOX, SOC2, NIST, PCI, ISO.
