Security Engineer Investigator, Integrity Investigations, Intelligence, and Events

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt for threats and undetected abuse using internal and external intelligence.
• Investigate complex cases to understand and mitigate abuse.
• Automate investigative tooling and analyze large datasets to support findings.
• Implement strategies to prevent and disrupt abuse at scale.
• Address sensitive content issues, including graphic and objectionable material.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in cyber security or related fields.
• Experience with Python, PHP, or similar scripting languages.
• Proven experience in large-scale data analysis using tools like Maltego, Palantir, or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ongoing AI skill development and familiarity with AI technologies.
• Experience with ethical AI practices and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Subject matter expertise in criminal organizations, child safety, or human exploitation.
