Security Engineer, Investigator - i3E Account Threats & Scams

This role is based in Bellevue, WA, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$154,000/year to $217,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Hunt for threats and undetected abuse using internal and external intelligence.
• Investigate complex account security abuses and implement detection strategies.
• Build signatures to detect and prevent malware compromise.
• Lead technical investigations and communicate findings effectively.
• Analyze complex data to support investigations and quantify trends.
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks based on team needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in cyber security or related investigations.
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and building queries.
• Experience with Python, PHP, or similar scripting languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tooling to enhance investigative workflows.
