Compensation:

$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual design and implementation reviews of products and services within the Meta ecosystem, including Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • Provide guidance and education to developers to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Build automation and frameworks with software engineers to enhance security across products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in finding vulnerabilities in interpreted languages.
  • Experience with exploiting common security vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of common exploit mitigations and secure coding practices.
  • Coding and scripting experience in general-purpose languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in secure code development in C, C++.
  • Contributions to the security community (public research, blogging, presentations).
  • Experience creating software that enables security processes.
