Product Designer

This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland, with additional locations in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver design projects of large and ambiguous scope.
• Transform broad ideas into valuable experiences for over 2 billion users.
• Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions.
• Contribute to strategic decisions for Facebook products.
• Mentor team members and solicit feedback to improve quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers from conception to launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product and interaction design.
• Proficiency in visual design principles and tools.
• Experience driving product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for virtual and augmented reality.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and 3D interactions.
• Experience with novel user inputs like hand or eye tracking.
