Product Design Manager, Horizon Worlds

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a talented team of designers and leaders.
• Lead and manage the design and end-to-end experience of a product.
• Transform broad ideas into valuable products incorporating UX design and 3D interaction.
• Communicate product goals effectively within the team and across the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Design.
• 4+ years of design leadership experience.
• Experience with 3D development engines such as Unity or Unreal.
