Offensive Security Engineer, Purple Team

Compensation:

$117,000/year to $173,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct offensive security engagements, including Red Team operations and vulnerability research.
  • Design and lead complex technical assessments and security initiatives.
  • Automate assessments to enhance efficiency.
  • Incorporate Threat Intelligence research to address emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with teams to align remediation efforts.
  • Develop relationships with internal customers to facilitate solutions.
  • Influence team direction and prioritize projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, or cyber threat hunting.
  • Experience with coding/scripting in general-purpose languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in offensive security.
  • Published research or tools in Cybersecurity.
