Network Engineer, Deployment & Support

This role is based in New Albany, OH.

Compensation:

$133,000/year to $190,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Incident Response: Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Change Management: Identify and implement effective changes for network security and business continuity.
• Network Operations: Drive operational improvements and ensure compliance across the network.
• Collaboration: Work with internal customers to influence data center and network designs.
• Team Leadership: Analyze datasets and lead projects to improve business outcomes.
• Risk Management: Design processes to manage data protection and operational continuity risks.
• Automation: Identify automation opportunities to enhance network fault remediation.
• Data Measurement: Analyze metrics to drive quality and efficiency in operations.
• Communication: Provide clear updates on team goals and progress.
• Travel: May require up to 25% travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in large-scale network operations.
• Hands-on experience with network communication equipment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with network hardware platforms like Cisco and Juniper.
• Knowledge of physical data center design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global Network Operations Center environments.
