Detection & Response Security Engineer, Threat Intelligence

This role is remote with options in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Track threat clusters and implement countermeasures on Meta's corporate network.
• Investigate and mitigate emerging technical trends with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with incident responders to enrich ongoing investigations.
• Enhance threat tracking tools and integrate intelligence data.
• Engage in cross-functional projects to improve security posture.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of threat intelligence experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Security.
• Familiarity with threat modeling frameworks and intelligence-driven hunting.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PHP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with incident responders.
• Familiarity with malware analysis and network traffic analysis.
• Experience in large scale data analysis.
