Design Lead Manager, Feed Ads

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$165,000/year to $231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a small design team to meet goals.
• Drive innovation in ad formats and enhance user experience.
• Address ambiguity from concept to execution.
• Oversee execution to scale impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years in Product Design.
• 2+ years in design leadership.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of shipping applications.
• Strong strategic thinking and product direction skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year managing direct reports.
• Experience in mobile design for consumer apps.
• Familiarity with business-to-consumer marketplaces.
