Compensation:

CAD 170,000-174,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and manage technical escalations, including platform outages and technical issues.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Cloud's product technology and architectures.
  • Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
  • Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs.
  • Experience in coding with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
