Compensation:

CAD 158,000-162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and ensure product readiness.
  • Triage technical escalations and handle platform outages.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams.
  • Provide 24-hour global customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in troubleshooting or software development.
  • Proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
