Compensation:
CAD 158,000-162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and ensure product readiness.
- Triage technical escalations and handle platform outages.
- Advocate for customer needs with internal teams.
- Provide 24-hour global customer support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in troubleshooting or software development.
- Proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
