Compensation:
CAD 158,000-162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues on production deployments and manage technical escalations.
- Develop an understanding of Google Cloud's product technology and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
- Advocate for customer needs with internal teams to improve product success.
- Work as part of a global team providing 24/7 customer support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in troubleshooting, customer advocacy, or software development.
- Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and web technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public cloud services, data analytics, and big data applications.
- Experience in crisis response and escalation management.
