Compensation:
CAD 128,000-132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch support for critical customer environments on Google Cloud.
- Triage technical escalations and manage incidents to improve workload reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve deployment obstacles and enhance product offerings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer support or software development.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and crisis response management.
