Compensation:
CAD 128,000-132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch support for critical customers, managing incidents and improving workload reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including debugging and system administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product offerings.
- Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support, including non-standard hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer support or software development.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Experience with web technologies and distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis management and public cloud services.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
