Compensation:

CAD 128,000-132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-touch support for critical customers, managing incidents and improving workload reliability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including debugging and system administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product offerings.
  • Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support, including non-standard hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in customer support or software development.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with web technologies and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in crisis management and public cloud services.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
