Compensation:
$123,000-$176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and ensure product readiness and availability.
- Triage technical escalations, including outages and executive concerns.
- Act as a consultant for internal teams to improve Google Cloud services.
- Provide 24-hour customer support, including non-standard hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer support, troubleshooting, or software development.
- Proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis response and public cloud services.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
