Compensation:

$123,000-$176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-touch support for critical customer issues, managing incidents and driving improvements.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to networking, system administration, and coding.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to ensure product readiness and availability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in customer support, troubleshooting, or software development.
  • Proficiency in coding with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public cloud services, especially Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and distributed systems.
