Compensation:
$123,000-$176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch support for critical customer issues, managing incidents and driving improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to networking, system administration, and coding.
- Work collaboratively with customers to ensure product readiness and availability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer support, troubleshooting, or software development.
- Proficiency in coding with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public cloud services, especially Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and distributed systems.
