Compensation:

CAD 128,000-132,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve production deployment issues and triage technical escalations.
  • Build understanding of Google Cloud's product technology and architectures.
  • Consult as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
  • Support customers globally as part of a 24-hour customer support team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, advocating for customers, or software development.
  • Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in crisis response or escalation management.
  • Familiarity with public cloud services, data analytics, and big data applications.
