Compensation:
CAD 128,000-132,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Resolve production deployment issues and triage technical escalations.
- Build understanding of Google Cloud's product technology and architectures.
- Consult as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Support customers globally as part of a 24-hour customer support team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, advocating for customers, or software development.
- Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis response or escalation management.
- Familiarity with public cloud services, data analytics, and big data applications.
