Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve production deployment issues and ensure product readiness.
  • Triage technical escalations including outages and executive concerns.
  • Act as a consultant for internal teams to improve Google Cloud.
  • Provide 24x7 support, potentially requiring non-standard hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in customer support or software development.
  • Proficiency in coding with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in crisis response and public cloud services.
  • System/network administration experience with Linux/Unix.
  • Experience debugging complex workload issues in cloud environments.
