Compensation:
$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Resolve production deployment issues and ensure product readiness.
- Triage technical escalations including outages and executive concerns.
- Act as a consultant for internal teams to improve Google Cloud.
- Provide 24x7 support, potentially requiring non-standard hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in customer support or software development.
- Proficiency in coding with Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis response and public cloud services.
- System/network administration experience with Linux/Unix.
- Experience debugging complex workload issues in cloud environments.
