Responsibilities:

  • Own and resolve critical customer issues while improving customer experiences.
  • Provide 24x7 support for customers transitioning to Google Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems through debugging, networking, and system administration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in customer support or software development.
  • Proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Background in crisis response or escalation management.
