Compensation:
$147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Own and resolve critical customer issues while improving customer experiences.
- Provide 24x7 support for customers transitioning to Google Cloud.
- Troubleshoot technical problems through debugging, networking, and system administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in customer support or software development.
- Proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure.
- Background in crisis response or escalation management.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and cloud computing.
