Compensation:

CAD 118,000-121,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer issues through effective diagnosis and resolution.
  • Develop knowledge of Google's product technology and architectures.
  • Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
  • Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
  • Work as part of a global team providing 24-hour customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
  • 2 years of experience coding in a general-purpose language (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Experience with web technologies and networking.
  • Experience as a Linux/Unix systems administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud computing and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Technical consulting experience with enterprise customers.
