Responsibilities:
- Justify, plan, coordinate, and deliver custom silicon products.
- Generate task lists, build project timelines, and collaborate with teams.
- Drive technical, budgetary, and schedule trade-off discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project execution through design, development, testing, manufacturing, and deployment.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in developing hardware or software systems around chips.
- Knowledge of data centers and cloud markets.
- Ability to motivate and collaborate to achieve goals.
