Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical infrastructure systems supplier quality.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, commodity managers, and product managers.
  • Conduct supplier audits and validate compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze data to drive improvements in supplier performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or technical program management.
  • Experience with mechanical, standby-power, or HVAC infrastructure equipment.
  • Experience in supplier quality management for mission-critical facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Six Sigma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of mechanical standards for mission-critical operations.
