Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects through the entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize project objectives.
  • Identify risks and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Deliver operational improvements and project updates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in data center environments.
  • 5 years of experience in process improvement or construction programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience managing projects across various teams.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
