Staff UX Designer, Time Management AI

This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects focused on new product ideas and AI opportunities within Time Management, Calendar and Tasks.
• Partner with User Experience Research, Product Management, and Engineering to craft and execute AI products.
• Own the experience of shipping new AI features and collaborate with teams across Time Management UX and Workspace.
• Influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners to ship impactful features.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience in client-facing environments and designing across multiple platforms.
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and contributions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in marketing design or branding strategy.
• Excellent communication skills.
