Staff Software Engineer, Search Ads, Wholepage Optimization

Location: Mountain View, CA, USA

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive improvements in ad experiences using AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Data Scientists.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Technical leadership experience.
