Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evolve major server-side and client-side infrastructure components for next-generation in-game experiences.
  • Define and build infrastructure for computing and serving quality signals, including offline and production evaluations, analytics, and insights.
  • Optimize client and serving systems for latency, freshness, and cost.
  • Uphold a high bar for quality and robustness of production systems, building mechanisms to prevent, detect, and mitigate issues.
  • Define, establish, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate system performance, reliability, and quality.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience with Android application development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
  • Experience in building scalable, user-facing products.
  • Experience designing and working with large codebases.
  • Strong technical leadership with a track record of delivering results and making progress in an ambiguous problem space.
