Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Build autonomous agents into development workflows and platforms.
  • Evaluate AI models by designing and utilizing custom evaluation sets focused on quality, coherence, and safety assessment.
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs and UI to support these agents.
  • Work with bleeding edge technology that changes rapidly and evolves constantly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience with full stack development, including back-end languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++, and front-end technologies like JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with machine learning or algorithm development related to dynamic systems.
  • Experience programming in Python, C++, Java/Kotlin, or Golang.
