Staff Software Engineer, Google One

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership on projects and design large-scale software solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype ideas.
• Mentor team members and define long-term technical roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with full-stack development, including Java or Kotlin.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field.
• Experience in a technical leadership role and building scaled applications.
