Compensation:

$207,000-$307,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and UX designers.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Participate in design discussions across various platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience with full-stack development, including Java or Kotlin.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience building scaled full stack web, backend, and mobile applications.
