Staff Software Engineer, Ads Wholepage Optimization and Experiences

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Drive improvements in ad experiences using AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Data Scientists.
• Lead technical contributions and manage project priorities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 2 years of experience with Generative AI techniques.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience in technical leadership roles.
• Full-stack application development experience.
