Compensation:

CAD 204,000-209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for project delivery from conception to deployment.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Lead scoping, estimation, and risk assessment for initiatives.
  • Drive collaboration across teams to align on technical solutions.
  • Identify technical challenges and business opportunities based on customer needs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in infrastructure software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
  • 3 years of experience in software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Full stack development experience with Java, Python, GO, or C++.
  • Experience with AI technologies and Google Cloud Platform.
