Staff Site Reliability Developer, Protected Data SRE

This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD 216,000-221,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy to reduce complexity ecosystem-wide.
• Partner with stakeholders to balance product reliability against regulatory deadlines.
• Design capabilities for change safety and distributed observability.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in product demand/supply planning.
• 3 years of experience with Unix/Linux systems and networking.
• Programming experience in C, C++, Java, Python, or Go.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
