About the job:

Drive the security strategy for Google’s financial infrastructure, acting as a liaison between cyber-security teams and business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product area cyber-security strategy.
  • Establish a harmonized view of the cyber-security posture.
  • Scope and oversee strategic remediation projects.
  • Represent the product area in Cyber-security Risk Forums and Audits.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with security assessments and security design reviews.
  • 8 years of experience with security engineering and protocols.
  • 8 years of coding experience in general purpose languages.
  • 3 years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure security.
  • Experience in security architecture and compliance frameworks.
