Staff Security Engineer, Cloud Red Team, Cloud CISO

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

As a Staff Security Engineer, you will work with network equipment, monitor systems for attacks, and collaborate with software engineers to identify and fix security vulnerabilities. You will also design attack scenarios and contribute expertise to resolve complex security issues.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Cloud security teams to shape and maintain strategy for Cloud Red Team.
• Design attack scenarios based on threat intelligence.
• Plan and execute attacks against Cloud’s products and infrastructure.
• Identify vulnerabilities within Cloud services.
• Support remediation of complex security problems.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in security assessments or security design reviews.
• 8 years of experience in security engineering and protocols.
• 8 years of coding experience in general-purpose languages.
• Experience in vulnerability research or pen testing.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in offensive security in a cloud environment.
