Staff Network Engineer, Demand to Design

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the stipulation and documentation of architectural policy and standards across different layers of the OSI stack.
• Drive the development and implementation of hardware life-cycle policies.
• Develop methodologies to capture architectural and hardware policies in a machine-readable format.
• Run designs and perform automated verification for executability.
• Act as a 'go-to' Network Engineer by developing new integration approaches.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in Network Architecture, Configuration, Operations, and Design.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in programming languages like C++, Go, or Python.
• Experience in telecommunications at a carrier-class scale.
• Knowledge of CDN, IP transit/peering, and optical transport.
