At Google, we "Focus on the user and all else will follow." Our Interaction Designers transform complex tasks into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences for billions of people. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.

Ads UI is responsible for defining useful core text ads on Search results pages, for the formats and extensions that build upon them, and for collaborating with the Organic Search team to ensure the Search Results Page is optimized for ad performance and ad needs. The design team, along with our partners, is directly responsible for highly-visible experiences that trigger on every Google Search, billions of times a day, and accountable for generating a significant slice of Google's overall business. As a horizontal team within Search Ads, we also support innovation and best-practice creation in our design tooling.

In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information – any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on. In joining the Search team, you'll have an opportunity to make an impact on billions of people globally.

Hey, I'm Stan

Software Developer & Creator of Top Jobs Today

I'm a software developer, and over time I realized I cared mostly about roles at big tech companies - not just whatever happened to show up on LinkedIn or generic job boards. But those sources weren't enough - some roles were delayed, or never posted at all.

So I built this website to solve that. It scrapes fresh job postings directly from official company sites, figures out what kind of roles they really are, and sends them as email alerts - simple, fast, and focused.

Hope it makes your search easier too. Wishing you the best of luck - and I'm really glad you're here!
