You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

The Access Everywhere (AEv) team builds the core authentication, authorization, and sign-in experiences that anchor Google's ecosystem across first-party products and third-party (3P) websites and applications.As we enter an agentic era where autonomous AI agents, non-deterministic interfaces, ambient computing, and delegated actions re-shape digital interactions, sign-in and identity permissioning must evolve. The Senior Interaction Designer for Access Everywhere will collaborate with key partners on developing and/or evolving concepts for how users authenticate, delegate authority, and manage credentials safely and effortlessly.This role focuses on envisioning next-generation identity concepts, creating high-impact pitches in a fast-paced environment, and modernizing foundational third-party identity journeys and the developer experience to support AI-driven delegation and contextual authentication.
