Compensation:
CAD 158,000-162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide rapid-response support for complex customer environments.
- Own end-to-end incident management to resolve critical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product reliability.
- Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in troubleshooting and customer advocacy.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis response and escalation management.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and public cloud services.
