CAD 158,000-162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide rapid-response support for complex customer environments.
  • Own end-to-end incident management to resolve critical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product reliability.
  • Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience in troubleshooting and customer advocacy.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with distributed systems and web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in crisis response and escalation management.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and public cloud services.
