Compensation:
CAD 158,000-162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch, rapid-response support for critical customer workloads on Google Cloud.
- Own end-to-end incident management to resolve complex customer issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems involving debugging, networking, and system administration.
- Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in troubleshooting, customer advocacy, or software development.
- Experience with coding in Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crisis response or escalation management.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
