Software Engineer, Search Evaluation Platforms

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$147000 - $211000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Write code that meets standards, applying AI tools in development.
• Balance short- and long-term goals for Search development.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to align work with project goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 2 years of experience in Java, Python, or C/C++.
• Experience with distributed systems and developing accessible technologies.
