This role is based in Boulder, CO.

Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale a mission-critical backend orchestration system in Go.
  • Architect and evolve APIs and distributed dataflow systems.
  • Optimize data synchronization within directed acyclic graphs (DAGs).
  • Collaborate with internal engineering partners to gather requirements and improve developer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in development, testing, and deployment of backend services, APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
  • Interest in large-scale distributed systems.
  • Ability to code in Go or similar language.
