Software Engineer, Infrastructure, Shopping

This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Write product or system development code.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development.
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building or maintaining backend infrastructure.
• Familiarity with technologies like Pod, Spanner, Bigtable, and Flume.
