Compensation:
$141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems in Java to drive user acquisition and onboarding.
- Drive system reliability, low latency, and incident response.
- Optimize full-stack system design for performant user experiences.
- Write SQL and perform independent data analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for technical integrations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with backend and full-stack development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent programming skills in C/C++/Java.
- Ability to manage processes/projects with prioritization.
