Software Engineer III, Technical Infrastructure, Google Cloud Storage

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$147,000-$211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Write product or system development code.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback.
• Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on updates.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services.
• 2 years of experience with infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks.
• 2 years of experience programming in C++.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution.
