Compensation:

$147,000-$211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Deliver engineering milestones for speech production infrastructure, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
  • Profile and optimize serving infrastructure to improve utilization and latency.
  • Triage and debug complex system issues in production.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience programming in C++ and Python.
  • 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • Experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Knowledge of speech and language technologies (e.g., ASR, NLU, TTS).
