Compensation:
$147,000-$211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Write product or system development code.
- Deliver engineering milestones for speech production infrastructure, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
- Profile and optimize serving infrastructure to improve utilization and latency.
- Triage and debug complex system issues in production.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience programming in C++ and Python.
- 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of speech and language technologies (e.g., ASR, NLU, TTS).
