This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and automation tools using Java/Go/Kotlin.
- Build and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify and address technical debt.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of software development experience or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- Experience with distributed databases and computing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Expertise in large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to work with various technologies and programming languages.
