Software Engineer, Cloud Mobile

This role is based in Kraków, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement mobile architecture.
- Provide technical guidance to team members for optimal decision-making.
- Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of mobile applications and backend systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and proactively contribute to system maintainability enhancements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages: Java, C/C++, Python, Objective C, JavaScript, or Go.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with mobile development.
- Experience with backend development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Kotlin, ObjC, Swift.
